La Ley de Eliminación de Violaciones en Prisión (PREA, por sus siglas en inglés) es una ley federal destinada a prevenir, detectar y abordar el abuso sexual de reclusos y personas en libertad condicional. Se aplica a todos los niveles de prisiones y cárceles para adultos, centros de reclusión de menores, calabozos e instalaciones de confinamiento comunitario.
